Speed and Agility Training

Join us this winter for six weeks of focused speed and agility sessions designed to build explosive power and performance.

Dates: Sundays, November 16 – December 21 (no break – 6 sessions)

Winter Goalkeeper Training – Session 1

Sharpen your skills and elevate your game this winter with Lakota FC’s specialized Goalkeeper Training. Led by our professional GK trainers, these sessions are designed to build confidence, refine technique, and improve decision-making in the net.

2014 & Older

• When: Tuesdays, 6:50–8:20 PM

• Where: GameTime Training Center – Field 2

• Dates: November 11 – December 2 (4 weeks × 1.5 hours)
  An intensive, advanced program focused on technical precision and game-ready performance.

2014 & Younger

• When: Sundays, 5:00–6:00 PM

• Where: GameTime Training Center – Field 3

• Dates: November 9 – December 14 (6 weeks × 1 hour)
  Designed for younger goalkeepers to strengthen fundamentals in a supportive, high-energy environment.
